Today's Work Out
When I first woke up I went out side and worked out on my hill. That is up and down a slope grade for 28 minutes. Then I came in and went through my work out videos and today did Reebok Core Strength Workout great 28 minutes at my own speed. I loved it. Funny I use to get those tapes for gifts from here and there~ all these great VHS tapes of some great workouts but never used them. NOW I have pulled them all out and I am using them. Yea ME!
After my hill work out and my tape I went for an hour bike ride out side. It was very warm but so worth getting out and moving.
I have put more into my day with moving and doing. It feels great!
