Tool Box

Today I put my tool box together. In my Oxygen Magazine I found some great articles that I clipped out and put in my tool box. Working out step by step Boot Camp I just love it. Also clipped some great key words for  "CHANGE".

I put together my " Goal" sheet.
    1. work out daily
    2. to eat good
    3. sleep good
    4. drink water
    5. walk daily
    6. an apple a day
    7. 2 grapefruits daily
    8. green tea
    9.  large breakfast
   10. eat dinner before 6:00pm
   11. yoga
   12. massage
